Client Support / Customer Service

Awaken has a unique focus on customer satisfaction and we provide unparalleled customer service.

Our experienced Project Management team will prepare a customised plan, our expert Software Developers will configure the system specifically to your requirements and a Client Relationship Manager will be appointed to look after all of your future needs.

We provide, at no additional cost, unlimited training and support to all of our Client’s appointed Application Managers. This not only covers the crucial roll-out phase, but unlimited assistance for the life of the contract to provide in-depth knowledge and to answer any questions raised by day-to-day use of the system.

Customers can make support calls by phone, email or directly from the system and support is available on extended UK business hours 8:30 to 18.30 Monday to Friday. (excluding UK Bank Holidays).
