The Food Hygiene Awareness Training is essential tool for any workers working in an environment where food is prepared, cooked, served or even just handled.
The module will cover current legislation requirements and basic principles of food hygiene
including understanding the terminology used, the type of hazards posed, the importance of high
temperature as well as practical day to day information on how to handle and process food.
A certificate will be made available for download immediately on successful completion of the training.
The training should take on average between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the user ability to absorb content. Users can move at their own pace through all sections and resume automatically where they last left off if needed.
