GDPR Awareness Training

The GDPR Awareness Training has been designed to enable learners to understand the key principles of data protection and to have a clear overview of the General Data Protection Regulations.

Interactive learning throughout the training will learners to implement compliant processes in day-to- day work.

This training will allow learners to understand:

• what is personal data
• importance of data protection and best practice
• key principles of GDPR
• how to process personal data
• the role of data controllers
• how to report breaches

This course is aimed at all members of staff whose day to day work involves handling personal information of staff or other individuals, such as customers, suppliers or students.

A certificate will be made available for download immediately on successful completion of the training.
The training should take on average between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the user ability to absorb content.   Users can move at their own pace through all sections and resume automatically where they last left off if needed.
