Health and Safety Training for Managers

The Health and Safety for Managers Training is designed to help managers understand their role and responsibilities with regards to Health and safety.

The module focuses on ensuring the company Health and Safety policy is adhered to and followed in all activities and across all departments.

This module has been designed to enable learners to understand:

• The legal, cost and health implications of work-related injury and ill health
• The legal responsibilities as a manager
• The obligations and responsibilities under the company Health and Safety policy and current Health and Safety Legislation
• How managers can promote and support the company safety culture and maintaining a risk and accident free workplace

A certificate will be made available for download immediately on successful completion of the training.
The training should take on average between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the user ability to absorb content.   Users can move at their own pace through all sections and resume automatically where they last left off if needed.
