The Managing Stress in Team Training is a learning module designed to provide managers with guidance and knowledge on how to support the health of staff and colleagues.

It is an essential learning tool in encouraging good mental health, enabling team leaders and senior management alike to learn how to recognise signs of ill health, and be able to offer the appropriate support.

This training module offers guidance and advice on:

  • Promoting good mental health at work
  • Recognising signs of stress in teams
  • How to support individuals with stress and
  • Where to go for further help

A certificate will be made available for download immediately on successful completion of the training.
The training should take on average between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the user ability to absorb content.   Users can move at their own pace through all sections and resume automatically where they last left off if needed.
