Manual Handling Induction Training

The Manual Handling Induction Training will enable users to understand the risks associated with manual handling in the workplace and identify and use correct manual handling techniques.

The module covers:

• overview of legislation and best practice on manual handling
• risk and health hazards associated with incorrect manual handling
• principles of correct manual handling
• practical examples and interactive learning activities

A certificate will be made available for download immediately on successful completion of the training.
The training should take on average between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the user ability to absorb content.   Users can move at their own pace through all sections and resume automatically where they last left off if needed.
