The Wellbeing Awareness Training is designed builds on the key concepts of the Stress and Resilience module to explore the key aspects of building a balanced and healthy lifestyle and ways in which learners can actively look after their wellbeing.

Nutrition, sleep and exercise are very important factors which can influence our health and ability to cope with stress as well as every other aspect of our life both at work and at home.

A certificate will be made available for download immediately on successful completion of the training.
The training should take on average between 30 minutes to an hour depending on the user ability to absorb content.   Users can move at their own pace through all sections and resume automatically where they last left off if needed.
